Our Prototype Production normally takes 21-45 days, some prototypes may require more time especially when electronic parts or customized molds are involved. The process to create a prototype involves three steps. 

 

The first step is to gather product information including the original drawings provided by the client, specifications and most importantly is the measurement and color requirements.

 

The second step involves preparing by searching for appropriate material types, finding matching colors and analyzing the drawings. In the third step, our designers create patterns and assemble the trial samples. We keep the client involved in each stage by sharing the materials, colors, and trial samples for confirmation and approval.
